FAMILY / CARE PARTNER EDUCATION

Essentials 4 Life is passionate about providing families and care partners with vital information that will assist you in understanding a Dementia diagnosis. I will work with both the individual living with dementia and families/care partners to develop a plan that will enhance quality of life for all.  The education provided will be tailored to the specific needs of each individual/family.  

COMMUNITY EDUCATION

As the knowledge of Dementia begins to grow across the world, there continues to be achievements in research and clinic studies that assist society in expanding their knowledge of Dementia.  By increasing the availability of Dementia Education to the whole community it will allow those living with Dementia the ability to have quality of life and maintain their sense of independence.

Both the Family and Community Education Classes are essential for individuals and community leaders.  By obtaining this pertinent information, you will gain a better understanding of Dementia including but not limited to the the types of Dementia, warning signs, stages, communication techniques, resources, and enhancing the daily life of the diagnosed individual and the care partner.
